Apple Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 vanilla sugar packet
  • 200 g peeled and cored apples
  • 250 ml milk
  • 650 ml water
  • 3 spoons sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 vanilla sugar packet
  • Whipped cream

Instructions: Cook apples in 650 ml of water, take them out and mash them. Mix the pudding powder with sugar and a bit of milk. Pour the remaining milk into the boiling leftover water. Add pudding mixture and cook. Pour the apple puree, cinnamon and vanilla sugar into the cooked pudding. Arrange in wide glasses, top with fruit syrup and decorate with whipped cream.
